Save Money By Shipping Directly Through Us, We Are Not A Broker

*** CARRIER VS BROKER ***

Some customers think using a broker is safer than using a carrier, this is not true. Using a broker just adds one more person to the equation. When a broker says he can beat a carrier's price, be wery. Brokers will offer you a low price, then post your vehicle on a load site. Carriers will use this site as a last resort to fill an open spot on their truck. Your vehicle will remain on this site until a carrier is desperate enough to move it at a low rate just to fill that open spot. This process could take weeks, since the broker starts at such a low price to make the best profit. Brokers will also tell you that some carriers are not licenced or insured, this is mostly false. Carriers go through several check points and scales in each state where their licenses, log books, and permits are checked constantly. To say the least, it is almost impossible for a carrier to get away with this.

As with any business there are some good brokers, I personally know many and work closely with them, so these comments are not true of all brokers.

We want you as a customer as much as we want you as a repeat customer. We also would like you to recomend us, so we will do our best to please you.

Please, if you don't choose us as your carrier, choose another carrier. You can check us and any other carrier out at this site:  www.safersys.org  This site will give you a report on the carrier you choose.

Thank You and Good Luck with your move

Vehicle Relocation Services, Inc. has been in business since 1998 and like many small companies has been through the good times and the bad times. Our company survived by providing an excellent service to it's customers, earning a great reputation, and treating you as a person, not a load number. We want you as a client, but also as a friend. The owner is also the driver with over 15 years in the auto transport business, so the job is done correct and fast. Your vehicle won't sit at a terminal for days, once your vehicle is loaded on the truck it doesn't come off until it arrives at it's destination. We are a 5 truck company so we know where our trucks are at all times. Always the same route, always the same drivers. Since we are a small company, we won't lose your vehicle in paperwork or on another truck. We do 10 loads a month totaling 180 to 200 units, East to West and West to East. You will have direct contact with the driver at all times, so you can track your vehicle. We don't stop anywhere between our designated states so your vehicle will arrives much faster.

How will your vehicle be picked up and delivered ?

In most cases, a terminal or large parking lot is used to pickup and/or deliver your vehicle. This is necessary because car carriers are 80 feet long and 14' high, and are unable to enter most neighborhoods. Therefore, a terminal will use smaller flatbed trucks to assure safe and efficient service. A terminal will call to schedule the pickup and/or delivery of your vehicle, and in most cases will give you a 12-24 hour notice of pickup and/or delivery. Additionally, you may also drop your vehicle at the terminal or pick it up from them if the scheduling is inconvenient. In most cases large parking lots in Malls or Grocery Stores will work out just fine, saving the extra costs of using terminals. You will be allowed to place 100 lbs of personal items in the truck "NO EXCEPTIONS" You will be charged $1.00 per pound for excess of that limit. Federal law prohibits auto transporters from transporting household items in vehicles, owner will be responsible for all fines levied on carrier...
